Bacs Non Processing Dates – Christmas & New Year 19/20

Christmas is once again rapidly approaching and that means more Bacs non processing dates!
As we approach the busy festive season now is a great time to think ahead so you can relax and enjoy the festivities knowing you have the peace of mind that business is all in order. The banks are closed on December 25th and 26th as well as January 1st so knowing what dates to sent your files to Bacs can be confusing. To help, we have prepared a guide for you to ensure your files are collected when you need them.

Remember – it is possible to submit files with a future processing date. This means you can submit files before you take your festive break. Please speak to us if you wish to send files to Bacs with future dates and we can help.
Submission Timeline:
All Bacs files we receive before midday on a Bacs processing day will be sent to Bacs the same working day. Files received after midday or on a Bacs non processing day (weekend/bank holiday) will be sent to Bacs on the next available Bacs processing day.
