Onsite Direct Debit Training Courses – at your offices


Our onsite Direct Debit Training courses provide a complete and thorough overview of all the Direct Debit Scheme requirements.  They are run at your offices, or at a location convenient to your offices, on a day that suits you. They typically start at and finish at but the timings of the day can be varied according to your needs. See more details about the course content and an example training course agenda.

Prior to the course, our Onsite Direct Debit Training Co-ordinator will collect details on attendees specific requirements and objectives.  Throughout the day we will then work to ensure that the day is as relevant and useful as possible – meeting everyones identified needs.  On the day, all training materials are provided, including the Clear Direct Debit workbook.  Following the course, delegates receive a certificate of attendance and each attendee is then eligible for our on-going support package.

The cost for an onsite Direct Debit Training course is £1100 + expenses + VAT.  This is for up to 6 attendees with additional delegates (up to a maximum of 14), charged at an additional £100 + VAT per person.  (Please note: Expenses refer to reasonable travel / accommodation expenses for our trainer to attend your offices.  These are charged at cost and typically invoiced after the training date).
