We offer a range of standard Direct Debit training courses. Should you require something more specific however, please contact us and we will design an individual training programme to fully meet all your requirements. This bespoke training can be formed by onsite, regional or online training – or combinations of all these elements. It can take part over any duration of time as required. We will work with you to best understand what you are hoping to achieve and then provide practical advice on how our training can help you and your team.

Focusing on how to implement easier, paperless customer sign up, this course covers the entire process, from application to collection.
Direct Debits for Sales Teams or Call Centre Staff
You may have a large team who you would like to train and a full-day course may have more information than you need. Why not run a series of short sessions at your premises? We can train smaller groups over 1 or 2 days and ensure your sales staff have all the basic information they need to handle front-line queries. We will then provide appropriate booklets and materials that the team can take away with the key messages and useful information.
